Professional UK Wrestler; Nick Aldis of recently revived TV show ‘Gladiators’ joins TNA Wrestling as Brutus Magnus to be part of the 'Maximum iMPACT' January tour which drop kicks its way into The NIA on Wednesday 21 January 2009.

As Brutus Magnus, Aldis has sent an ominous message on recent episodes of TNA "iMPACT" (Saturdays, 9 p.m. on Bravo) of his arrival to TNA. Billed as "born to compete" and "bred to win," Brutus Magnus will make his in-ring TNA debut in the United Kingdom.

Nick Aldis, who has been a professional wrestler since the age of 16, performing for All Star Wrestling, joined Sky 1's 'Gladiators' as opponent 'Oblivion' last year. He has trained at the pro wrestling NOAH camp in America, played football to county level with trials for Norwich City, participated in the national swimming championships and played tennis in the national ladder.

"Certainly the U.K. fans are well aware of what I’m capable of as Oblivion. Now, as Brutus Magnus, it’s a matter of time before I completely dominate TNA and the United States as well," Aldis said.
