RUSSELL HOWARD is to embark on a 10-date UK-wide arena tour, Big Rooms & Belly Laughs, taking in The NIA Academy on Thursday 17 December 2009.  The tour begins on 11 December 2009 and follows his twice extended Dingledodies tour.
